Synergistic Business Solutions Group (SBSG) caters to small and mid-sized businesses and (intentionally) non-profit corporations. Although our services areas listed below are described separately, our relationship with many clients have started in one area and grown to encompass one or more other areas as the client’s business or perspective grew and changed. Rent-a-CFO Services
An SBSG Rent-A-CFO is available part-time, short-term, and/or periodically (monthly, quarterly, …) to bring you capabilities that may not be available economically, or needed full time. As a "rented CFO," we assist small businesses with developing comprehensive financial plans and we shepherd larger corporations through the process of searching for expansion money, initial public offerings (IPOs), and merger/acquisition opportunities. We work with you to improve financial structuring and establish technology systems that produce relevant and timely data. We also offer financial and/or technology training.
